Just 12 nautical miles from Seward, Fox Island is a magical mix of temperate rainforest, sculpted cliffs, sea stacks, protected coves, and long pebbled beaches. Fox Island is a guide favorite, and it’s common to see seals, sea lions, eagles, puffins, and on especially lucky days, humpback whales or orcas. As we ply the waters of Fox Island, your guide will share stories of the island, its storied historic residents, and the flora and fauna surrounding you.
